How does LDR work?

Well, I honestly don't believe in Long Distance Relationships. I've seen so many of them with friends and from other people I just know and some stories shared by my friends, and they didn't really work out. Maybe for quite some time or in the beginning, but, they don't last.

I've been in love as soon as I reached my 17th year of existence. But after several years we had to part ways because we just grew apart. But after a couple. of years in the process of moving on, I wasn't really looking for love after all. Then came love looking for me. For me, it was the most spontaneous part of my life. It was the most unexpected moment and the most unexpected person. It was like heaven opened its gate for me and I hear all the angels singing and ringing the bells. It was like a magical kind of love feeling. But before it took us a year, I  decided. to end it so as to prepare myself months before he leaves. We were still like best friends even when we're not together anymore. But one day that time came and he had to leave. I know how it feels to miss somebody when talking on the phone and chatting isn't just enough, of course we all need the physical presence of the person we love. We want to be with them, we want to go places with them, want to experience adventures and share memories with them. But if the distance won't permit us, it's heartbreaking, right?

For the past six months I've seen someone so dear to me going through the same position. It's like two hearts living at  two opposite sides of the earth and you don't really have a choice but to adjust your time with pretty much everything you do, like eating and sleeping. It was an awful feeling, I know it myself. It's either one of you gives up or one would have another relationship with someone else. For me, it's just a matter of FAITH. Faith in your partner, faith in God, and faith in yourself. Don't mind tomorrow, it will always take care of itself, just live in the present. Find happiness in every thing be it small or big. Once love finds its way to us, all we have to do is just enjoy and endure whatever comes with it. Do and give our best, always.

And of course... Have a little faith. :)
